Add a competition

T20 domestic leagues and The Hundred (matchtype 6 and 42). T20I is excluded — it was 762 of the 1176 competitions in the master, almost all associate-nation bilateral series. Choosing one fetches it and computes the Green Factor, then adds it to the tracker.

Nightly refresh

A cron job re-runs every live competition at 02:00 daily. Liveness comes from the competition master's Status field — the API exposes a StartDate but no EndDate, so status is the only reliable signal. Completed competitions are skipped, since their numbers can no longer change.

Status comes from api_masters?master_name=competition, fetched once per matchtype (3, 6, 42) and unioned — passing them as one CSV silently returns all 1176 rows unfiltered.
The Hundred must be fetched with matchtype=42: it returns nothing under 3/6, and its player bowling endpoint 404s rather than returning an empty list.
